We would just like to say thank you so, so much for such a fantastic spread for our wedding on 7th March.
We were really, really pleased with everything and wouldn't change a thing. We have had a lot of compliments and I hope you get some more business from it.
We will certainly ask you to cater for us again if we ever have another occasion which requires a first class service like yours.

Event: 21st Birthday BBQ for 80 people from London

Good Morning Carolyn, I just wanted to email you thanking for the amazing food you made Saturday evening for my 21st birthday. You and the waitresses made it so special and your food was the best I have ever tasted. Everyone’s champagne was constantly topped up, the canapés were flowing and it was just to die for. I had the best party of my life. All my friends and family haven’t stopped talking about you and how good your services were (and if you need anyone for taste testing sessions to keep us in mind) ha ha! Event: Birthday Party with 85 guests from London, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire held in a marquee in Mentmore, Bucks

Hi Carolyn……….Thank you very much indeed for helping to make this the best party yet! The marquee in the courtyard worked really well for the food and the live band. The waitresses performed above and beyond the call of duty. They were marvellous. Your food was the best yet especially the beef! Thank you.

Event: Summer BBQ in Tring, Hertfordshire for 90 guests.

BBQs were hired, long tables laid with summer salads and pimms was drunk by the guests from neighbouring Wendover, Aston Clinton, Pitstone, Princes Risborough, Amersham and Chesham whist listening to the Abba Tribute Band.
Carolyn’s food was beautifully prepared and my guests were craving for more! Carolyn’s waitress service was presentable, polite and discreet.
I am very happy to absolutely recommend Carolyn Williams Catering Company………..HAPPY EATING!

Event: Wedding Reception in a marquee for 150 people in Maulden, Beds

Thank you so much for your wonderful food and organisation for our wedding reception. We loved the delicious dishes and many of our friends called to say the same. You kept everything flowing so smoothly and unobtrusively, while tidying up everything superbly as you went along. Carolyn Williams has worked for me on several occasions and I am delighted to recommend her. She has catered for two family weddings, a Christmas party at Tring School for 60 school staff and a retirement garden party for 70 guests. Carolyn manages to work in the space available and gives excellent guidance on layout and presentation. Her menus are carefully chosen using fresh local ingredients with alternative suggestions for special dietary requirements including vegans and gluten free.

Just Imagine: The table is laid; the guests arrive to an open door where their coats are taken. Drinks and canapés are offered and in due course a sumptuous meal is served. The trained staff, dressed in black wearing long black aprons are attentive but unobtrusive.
