Hi Carolyn Thank you Carolyn so much for your catering, we loved the food (as did our guests!). The salmon and cheesecake in particular went down a treat!! You did wonders organising a pretty laid back couple who didn’t really know what we wanted on our first meeting, and absolutely nailed our catering and welcome drinks!! Everything went without a hitch, and your ability to organise us meant that we had the most relaxed and chilled out experience that we wanted!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything. I couldn’t have wished for a better caterer and a cooler woman to do my wedding. From the word go, you got it and just went with it, and I am so grateful for everything and all the extra bits you did to ensure we had the best day. The dinner went so smoothly, everyone enjoyed the food and the waitresses were so lovely and professional and I just felt so lucky and proud.

We wanted to thank you and your hardworking team for the fabulous food and service you supplied for Adam and Julia's wedding on the 2nd June.
Your team worked like Trojans all the way through, but were still polite, helpful and smiling and the end of the night. There were lots of compliments about the food which was probably the best BBQ food we have ever had (but don’t tell Ivor that as he loves 'man cooking' on the BBQ!). I don’t know whether we will need more catering at any point but we would certainly come back to you if we did. Either way we would be happy to supply a reference if ever needed. The rain didn’t spoil this beautiful setting. Large marquee accommodated the guests who danced the night away. Dear Carolyn We are sorry we haven’t written before, but as you can appreciate it’s been rather hectic since Dani’s wedding. We would like to thank you for a super wedding reception you provided on Dani’s wedding day. The food was fantastic and enjoyed by everybody and we have received numerous complimentary comments. Your staff should also be congratulated for the excellent service they provided. Summer Wedding in Longwick for 120 guests.
Carolyn Williams has worked for me on several occasions and I am delighted to recommend her. She has catered for two family weddings, a Christmas party at Tring School for 60 school staff and a retirement garden party for 70 guests. Carolyn manages to work in the space available and gives excellent guidance on layout and presentation. Her menus are carefully chosen using fresh local ingredients with alternative suggestions for special dietary requirements including vegans and gluten free. Carolyn’s staff are well trained, helpful, friendly but unobtrusive. If you employ Carolyn you will be assured of a top class event and a very memorable meal experience. |

Thank you SO,SO much for all that you and your wonderful helpers did yesterday! The food was simply delicious, and I have had many comments from our friends saying just the same. The Yorkshire pudding canapés, the crusted salmon, and the chocolate brioche dessert were definitely the 'stars' of the show!

Once again, thank you for helping make our day so special, I was such a great relief knowing you were in charge… you made it all go so smoothly, there were many compliments on the food!! Especially the lemon tart… I just wish I could have physically ate more!! (darn dress!!)
On a personal note I have to thank you and your staff for such efficiency and superb service, it was above and beyond which is a rarity these days, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family, I believe one chap already approached you on the night for his daughter’s wedding Just wanted to send a quick note to say a huge thank you for all your help prior and on our day, it was beyond appreciated.
