The value we bring centres on the focus we give to each event. As a small catering company we work on events occasion by occasion. One wedding event is all we do on that specific day. This means you receive our undivided attention and full concentration. This small sub-section of our website will identify something of our approach. Essentially it becomes a one to one relationship, starting with the first meeting. Overall there are so many pieces to take care of. Carolyn's long experience helps identify these. We provide you with as much help as you need. On the day itself all our staff work tirelessly to ensure it is the best day of your life.
