Our Wedding Menu provides an example of a 3 course banquet or breakfast with canapés served on arrival.

smoked salmon mousse, oak smoked salmon with dill, lump fish caviar, rocket leaves, lemon served with a mustard crème frâiche

Customising your wedding menu.
The options above provide you with the basis of a 3 course wedding banquet, with tea and coffee included.
The option of canapés delivers an extra course and is usually served as guests arrive at the reception.
An additional fish course can be included to create a very special 4 or 5 course banquet.
